After months of preparation, my private practice is reopening!
If you were a patient of my former practice (Wisconsin Integrative Pain Specialists - WIPS), you will very soon be receiving an email directly from Cerbo, my new EMR. Please use this link to register for access to the patient portal.
If you were not a WIPS patient but are interested in becoming a patient at Hypermobility MD, in a few days you will be able to register for access to the patient portal directly from the Hypermobility MD website.
All patients will select their preferred appointment time and type directly on the patient portal. If you do not see a time or day that works for you, please send a brief message via the patient portal letting me know what your preferred day and times are. I will try to accommodate as many requests as possible. For security and documentation purposes, all communication must go through the patient portal.
