Ashok Gupta is the founder of the Gupta Program, a neuroplasticity-based brain retraining program for chronic conditions including ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, and long COVID. He contracted ME/CFS while studying economics at Cambridge University and developed recovery techniques he has taught for over 15 years.
