Janet Loesberg is a biopharmaceutical executive, board director, and executive leadership coach with more than 30 years of experience building and leading global medical affairs and R&D organizations. She has held senior leadership positions at Blueprint Medicines, Janssen (J&J), Bristol Myers Squibb, and Pfizer, where she led global teams, supported the development and launch of more than 15 medicines, and advanced innovative therapies for patients with rare diseases and cancer.
Janet currently serves on corporate and nonprofit advisory boards and consults with biotechnology companies on medical and company strategy, organizational development, and commercialization. She brings a passion for advancing science and improving the lives of patients living with complex and rare conditions.
Elyse Weinstein is an executive coach, consultant, and advisor with over 30 years of leadership experience in mental health, physician talent strategy, and large-system healthcare operations. She spent her career at Kaiser Permanente, serving as Chief of Mental Health and Medical Director of Physician Recruitment for one of the nation’s largest multi-specialty medical organizations. Today, Elyse works with physicians and healthcare leaders navigating pivotal career decisions and organizational change, bringing a psychiatrist’s insight into human behavior together with a strategist’s understanding of institutional dynamics. She is also active as a venture investor, supporting innovation in healthcare and beyond.
